Some fun trivia about vowels. For example, do you know the most common vowel in English? If you said “e”: bzzt, wrong. Well, sort of: it’s the most common written letter, but the most common vowel sound is “ǝ” (“schwa”), which is that “uh” sound you’ll find in places like the end of the word “the”.1
