A refutation of the culture of workaholism. Specifically in tech startups, but makes some points later on that are more broadly applicable.

Anecdote: I’ve known workaholics in my time, and for the most part they are not more “productive” than people who keep more balanced schedules. (There’s a lot of pointless busywork you can get yourself into in the office, if you really put your mind to it.)
