A dissenting opinion on the standard Net Neutrality argument. Note that the argument is mostly based on “Net Neutrality is a non-issue because the net is already non-neutral” which… okay. Certainly is one way to argue, I guess. Not to mention that it’s very much a “the Invisible Hand will sort it out!” sort of piece which, as people point out in the comments, would be a totally fair and reasonable position to take in the Telco Choice Fantasyland no-one in the Really Real World actually lives in.
Anyway, worth a read, if only to see things from the other side.
