The Guardian on its own comments section. Specifically, the journalists they’ve got speaking out are Nesrine Malik, Steven Thrasher, and Jessica Valenti, including clips of them reading out the racist, sexist, homophobic, and Islamophobic comments they’ve each received.

Interestingly enough, there’s also a “moderator quiz”, which displays comments and you can decide whether you’d block them or not. I got about halfway through it before I realised I was attempting to think about it how I thought the Guardian moderators would think about it; it was actually sort of liberating to realise the mods were not as lenient as I’d been trying to second guess, and they were blocking the comments I would’ve blocked, for exactly the same reasons.
