The amount of apple people throw away disgust me! … which I’m sometimes embarrassed to express because it sounds like a stereotypical stingy Asian thing to say. :/ Alis 24th June, 2019 at 10:36 am I mean… you shouldn’t eat apple cores, though? Like, the seeds are actually poisonous? (I mean… yeah it’s a trace amount that won’t hurt most adults, but still. Kids can and do get apple seed poisoning and it’s also why you’re not supposed to feed whole apples to, for e.g. small dogs, so…) Vickie 24th June, 2019 at 11:23 am Nah, I spit out the stalk and seeds, but so much apple flesh with what people routinely throw away! And strawberries! They cut off like the whole top half of it! So wasteful! (I’m looking at you, MIL!) The article information was useful, though. I’ve never been very upset with people being careless with disposing biodegradable things. Time to up my grumpy old lady game. Comments are closed.
