Just because you don’t have a documented process, doesn’t mean you don’t have a process at all. It just means your usual non-process is probably so shit everyone’s afraid to document it.
I also like the point that people don’t really actually hate process, especially technical people. They love processes. They just hate shit processes. Make your process simple, lightweight, and at least mildly visually pleasing and you’ll have people paying you to use it, as companies like Github have found out to their great advantage.
